However, on September 12 at 11:14 p.m., I placed a $1 bet on the Xxtreme Roulette game provided by Evolution and won with a 1000x multiplier. I also had a $23 bet on black. Despite this, I was informed that my bet was canceled and that my winnings would not be paid.

The provider admitted that the issue was caused by a technical failure on their side, yet did not provide me with any written explanation. When I contacted customer support, I received no real assistance and was simply told, “This is the provider’s decision.” As a result of this situation, I suffered a total loss of approximately $966, and I am requesting that this amount be credited back to my account. My username is M*. I would also like to emphasize that this issue occurred only with this transaction, and there are no other restrictions on my account.

I expect my grievance to be resolved as soon as possible and that my rightful winnings be paid to me.
