To the Supercell / Clash of Clans Support Team, I'm a long-time player of Clash of Clans, and I'm writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with recent changes in the game. It feels like players who don't make in-game purchases are now systematically disadvantaged, which severely detracts from the enjoyment of the game.
Collecting resources, upgrading defenses, and competing against rivals now seems almost exclusively possible for players who pay. Specifically, the unbalanced matchmaking, the low rewards, and the increasingly difficult progression clearly indicate that the game has shifted towards a "pay-to-win" system.
A game with such a large community as Clash of Clans should offer equal opportunities to all its players. However, under the current circumstances, the fair competitive environment has vanished, and dedicated players who invest their time are being marginalized. This impacts not only my personal enjoyment but also the overall health and fairness of the game's community. We expect you to address this situation and make the game fair and accessible for everyone, regardless of their spending habits.
