Superbet Refused My Discount Bonus Despite ₺1174 Deposit and Valid Receipts

I deposited a total of ₺1174 into my Superbet account and received ₺112 as a discount bonus. I know the rule is that they pay up to 10x the discount amount, so I submitted a valid withdrawal request for ₺1120. The first time, they rejected it. On the second attempt, they accepted it but said there might be “minor issues.” Eventually, the payment was made.

Later, I deposited ₺1116 again and unfortunately lost it. I applied for another discount bonus, but this time it was flat-out rejected. A live support agent named C told me I needed to deposit at least ₺50 more to be eligible. I explained I had already deposited more than that and even sent in receipts. Then suddenly, I was told my deposit for that day was only ₺520—which made no sense at all.
