SunExpress Sold a Broken Seat on Flight XQ321
December 29, 2025 2:12 PM131

I travelled with SunExpress on flight XQ321 on 27.12.2025 and was forced to sit on a broken seat for the entire 4‑hour journey. The seat was clearly not in proper condition, and yet it was sold and used as if it were fully functional, which made the flight very uncomfortable and unsafe for me. During the flight, I did not report the issue to the cabin crew, but I still find it unacceptable that an airline offers such a seat for use without ensuring it is in working order. As a passenger, I expect at least a basic level of comfort and safety, especially on a flight of this duration. I request a written apology from SunExpress and appropriate compensation for the discomfort and inconvenience I experienced due to being made to use a broken seat for four hours.
