SunExpress Damaged My Baby Stroller in Checked Baggage, No Compensation Provided

On October 5, 2024, I flew with SunExpress on a flight departing at 3:05 PM. I handed over my baby stroller, which was in perfect condition, to be placed in the baggage hold. However, when I received it back, I found the handle was broken and other parts had snapped off. I later discovered that my stroller had been placed at the bottom of the baggage pile, with numerous other strollers stacked on top of it. I even have video evidence of this careless handling.
Despite reporting this incident, SunExpress has not provided any positive response or resolution. It’s frustrating to see a company damage passengers' belongings and then leave them without support. I expect SunExpress to take responsibility and offer proper compensation for the damage caused.
On October 5, 2024, at 15:05, while we were on our flight with Sunexpress, when we arrived in Izmir, our stroller was damaged because it was placed at the bottom with other strollers stacked on top of it. The handle was broken and there was a dent on the front. Despite our complaint to Sunexpress, no action was taken.
