SunExpress Flight Refund Delay: 59 Pounds Still Not Refunded After Cancellation

I had to cancel my flight booked with SunExpress on March 12, 2024, on June 30, 2024. I was assured that the 59 pounds refund would be processed shortly, but every time I call, I’m told I’m 'in line,' and this line never seems to move. I’m starting to doubt whether the refund will actually be processed. I request that the refund be issued to me as soon as possible. This ongoing delay is unacceptable, and I would appreciate prompt resolution of this matter.
