SunExpress Ticket Not Confirmed, Partial Refund Issued – No Response to Support Request

I purchased a ticket through the SunExpress app, but it wasn’t confirmed, even though the payment was taken from my acco...unt. When the refund was processed, the amount was incomplete. I submitted a support request (ticket number Sun-09140828) on August 17, 2024, but I have yet to receive a response.
