I purchased a ticket through the SunExpress app, but it wasn’t confirmed, even though the payment was taken from my account. When the refund was processed, the amount was incomplete. I submitted a support request (ticket number Sun-09140828) on August 17, 2024, but I have yet to receive a response.

I’ve provided my contact information, including my email, yet no one has reached out. SunExpress, please address this issue urgently and ensure the full refund is processed promptly.
