SunExpress Charged Me a Fine for Luggage Without Providing a Receipt

On Monday, November 11, 2024, before boarding flight XQ982 from Izmir to Cologne, I was called behind the check-in counter and informed that my bag, although within size limits, was not eligible for cabin entry since I hadn’t purchased baggage allowance. I was told I needed to pay a "fine," and the staff member explicitly used the word "fine."

I paid the requested amount in euros, but the staff member put the money directly into their wallet, assuring me that I would receive an invoice later. To date, no receipt or invoice has been provided. I am deeply suspicious whether this payment was officially processed by SunExpress.

I demand the invoice for the payment made on this date to confirm its legitimacy and proof that it reached SunExpress. Not issuing an invoice is unprofessional and unacceptable. Please resolve this matter immediately.
