SunExpress Airlines Charged My Card but Did Not Issue Tickets for My Flights
I planned a holiday and tried to buy tickets for four people from Sunexpress for an Izmir-Bremen departure and Berlin-İzmir return. I intended to book my hotel reservations after purchasing the tickets. However, Sunexpress charged ₺40342.86 to my credit card without issuing the tickets. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that there was a problem with their system, and such issues occurred, but the money would only be refunded within three business days. Why should I have to delay the holiday we planned with our children for three days? Black Friday discounts are happening now, and hotel prices are likely to rise. Who will compensate for these losses? If your system cannot process ticketing, the payment should be refunded the same day.
