SunExpress Charged Me 3 Times for a Ticket – No Confirmation and No Refund Yet
As usual, I tried to book a flight from Izmir to Amsterdam for November 21 with SunExpress yesterday. Even though I paid using the iDEAL method, I didn’t receive a ticket, but the payment was deducted from my account. I tried again, and the same issue happened—yet another payment was taken! Today, I attempted a third time, and it happened again! SunExpress has now taken a total of 3x€180 (€540) from me without issuing a ticket.
I was told that refunds take 3-5 days, but in the meantime, I can’t book a ticket with another airline because SunExpress is holding my money. If your system doesn’t support the iDEAL payment method, then you should disable it! This is unacceptable, and I demand an immediate resolution and refund for the total amount charged.
