It was up to me to find suitable lodging on my own in order to stay in the city. As a result, I was unable to recoup the money I had spent on a day trip to Antalya and felt completely powerless. I am entitled to monetary compensation for the harm I have suffered. If the problem is not resolved, I will initiate the process of filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board.
