Whimsey Forge SumSub ID Verification Fails, Blocking Withdrawal

I use the Whimsey Forge platform and my identity is being verified through SumSub. For about the third week of July, the verification system on Whimsey Forge has repeatedly timed out and reported that it could not read my New York State‑issued ID. Because of this, I cannot complete verification and I am unable to withdraw my winnings to my PayPal account. The screenshot I have shows a “Verify Fail, click to retry” message. I am already verified by SumSub on another platform, Biagro S.A., using the same identity, so I do not understand why Whimsey Forge cannot complete the process. At the moment I have around 75 dollars in my Whimsey Forge balance, and approximately 44.75 dollars is shown as available for withdrawal, specifically from their Regent Bingo game, but I am blocked from accessing it. I have tried to contact Whimsey Forge several times about this situation and have not received any response. I request that my verification on Whimsey Forge be manually approved based on the valid documents I have already submitted, and that I be allowed to withdraw my available balance to my PayPal account while any further review is carried out. I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
