Unable To Withdraw Vinted Balance
I am writing regarding an ongoing issue with my Vinted account in Finland, which is preventing me from withdrawing the money I have earned from my sales. I currently have a balance of €11 from two completed sales, but I am unable to access this money because the app will not allow me to properly verify my identity. When I go to the “verify identity” section in the app, it does not give me the option to upload a scanned photo or image of my ID document. Because this step cannot be completed, the system blocks me from withdrawing my balance. I have tried repeatedly, but the option simply does not appear, so I am stuck in a loop where I am told to verify my identity, yet the app will not let me do so. I have contacted Vinted customer support about this issue, but they did not provide any concrete solution. They only kept repeating that I need to verify my identity in the app, even though I clearly explained several times that the app does not give me the option to upload my ID. As a result, since March 11, 2026, I have been unable to withdraw the €11 I earned from my sales. I kindly request that Vinted manually verifies my identity from their side by allowing me to submit my ID document to them directly, and then enables the withdrawal of my €11 balance to my bank account. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible, as I have fulfilled my part by completing my sales, and it is not reasonable that I cannot access my earnings due to a technical problem in the identity verification step.
