Sumsub Blocks My KYC Verification and I Cannot Access My Funds
While trying to confirm my account for a platform, I came across a major problem with Sumsub's KYC verifying procedure. My ID was effectively checked on my first try, but the facial recognition failed. The facial scan was confirmed when I attempted one more; but, this time the ID document was denied. I followed all directions exactly, yet I was not given a third try to finish the verification process. This error in Sumsub's system prevents me from accessing nearly $900 in compensation right now. Sumsub seems to be made especially to prevent users from passing verification. Given the unsatisfactory experience, I strongly advise others to avoid any service employing Sumsub for KYC.
