I requested a withdrawal of my winnings from my BDG Win account via bank transfer to my Axis Bank account in India. However, even after 144 hours have passed since submitting the withdrawal request (reference number W2026041017757952328194), the funds have still not been credited to my account.
When I contacted BDG Win customer support about this delay, I was told that I needed to pay an additional amount for “verification” before my withdrawal could be processed. Trusting this explanation, I paid a total of ₹17,000 for the verification process. Despite making this payment, I have still not received my winnings, nor have I been refunded the ₹17,000 I paid. There has been no progress or clear update regarding my withdrawal.
I am requesting that my full winning amount along with the ₹17,000 verification payment be immediately transferred to my Axis Bank account. If this cannot be completed, I expect a clear and written explanation detailing why my withdrawal has not been processed and why my funds have not been returned.
