BDG WIN Deposit and Withdrawal Pending – ₹5,999 Not Credited and ₹7,039 Not Paid

I am experiencing a serious issue with the BDG WIN betting platform involving both a deposit and a withdrawal. On July 11, 2026, I deposited a total of ₹5,999 into my BDG WIN account through two separate transactions: ₹3,000 (Transaction ID: FMPIB6129204707) and ₹2,999 (Transaction ID: FMPIB6129333220). Although both payments were successfully completed, the funds have still not been credited to my BDG WIN wallet. In addition, I submitted a withdrawal request for ₹7,039, but even after more than 24 hours, the funds have not been transferred to me. My BDG WIN account is registered under UID 10075682. I have screenshots of my deposit history, payment confirmations, and transaction records clearly showing both the successful deposits and the pending withdrawal. I have already contacted BDG WIN customer support regarding these issues, but my messages have been ignored, and I have received neither a response nor a solution. As a result, my money is currently inaccessible, and I am unable to use or withdraw my funds. I kindly request that my ₹5,999 deposit be credited to my BDG WIN account immediately, that my ₹7,039 withdrawal be processed and paid without any further delay, and that BDG WIN provide an official explanation for the delay and the lack of communication regarding my case.
