I ordered from Subway this morning, and while the delivery speed was good and the cookie I also ordered was truly delicious, the salad itself was, as you can see, practically empty. This is nothing short of a disappointment. When I placed my order, I selected things I didn't want, such as vinegar, lemon juice, and parsley, but there was no option to select lettuce, which I assumed would be a core ingredient. As it's a salad, I naturally expected lettuce to be included as a main component, but it was completely absent. Despite clearly indicating I wanted a salad through the options, the final product barely resembled one.
This experience has caused significant frustration and a feeling of being cheated. I paid for a salad that lacked fundamental ingredients, making it an unsatisfactory and incomplete meal. The lack of clarity in the ordering system and the failure to provide a proper salad are unacceptable. I urgently request that Subway address this issue by ensuring that salads contain all expected and standard ingredients, especially core components like lettuce. I demand a refund or a replacement for this unsatisfactory salad.
