I Report Subway Order Not Delivered After 75 Minutes; No Contact

My Subway order, placed for a location just five minutes' walk away, has not arrived after 75 minutes. This is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, there isn't a single contact number available for me to reach them directly.

If Subway lacks the necessary system to handle online orders efficiently, they shouldn't offer the service. The application stated a delivery time of 20-40 minutes, yet I've been waiting for 75 minutes without any updates or communication. My lunch break is now over because of this delay. It's incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark, unable to get information or even cancel the order. I would rather be told "we can't refund you" so I could place another order, but there's literally no one to reach. This lack of communication and delivery failure is causing immense frustration and a waste of my time. I demand an immediate refund for my order or its prompt delivery.
