On July 1, 2025, my family and I attempted our very first Subway experience at your Ankara Yenimahalle Atlantis branch. Unfortunately, the demeanor of the staff member we encountered profoundly negatively impacted our initial impression of your brand.
During the ordering process, the employee exhibited impatience and a dismissive attitude, using phrases like "Come on, have you chosen yet? Haven't you decided?" This disrespectful tone, coupled with an apparent dissatisfaction with their job and a clear lack of customer appreciation, severely marred our entire shopping experience. Furthermore, the employee's facial expression and overall demeanor conveyed a distinct reluctance, as if saying, "Another customer has arrived."
As a globally recognized brand, Subway is known for prioritizing customer satisfaction and quality. I would expect far greater care in your employee selection process. I believe that such negative approaches will undoubtedly harm your brand's image and negatively affect your ability to cultivate a loyal customer base. We are deeply saddened to report this experience to you and sincerely hope that necessary internal evaluations will be conducted and appropriate steps taken to prevent similar incidents from recurring.
