On September 9, 2025, I purchased a Spicy Italian and a Steak Sandwich from the Subway Antalya Kemer branch. However, both items were missing significant ingredients.

When I pointed out to the staff that the sandwiches were prepared incorrectly and missing items, they insisted that they were made correctly. Even though I had the product card with me and clearly knew the proper ingredients, I was given false information, and the sandwiches were still handed over to me incomplete. My receipt number is 057, and the total amount I paid was 820 TL.

As a customer, I expect to be properly informed and receive complete service. Being misled and served missing items despite knowing the difference has left me dissatisfied. I request that this issue be investigated and that I be contacted regarding a resolution.
