I recently ate a meatball sandwich at a Subway location, and the meatball was undercooked. When I brought it up to the staff, they mentioned that this wasn’t the first complaint they’ve received about it. How can they continue to serve food like this to customers? I’m honestly frustrated and concerned about my health after eating it. If I could write worse things here, I would, but I’ll just hope that I don’t get sick. Subway needs to take food safety seriously and ensure this doesn’t happen again. Please address this issue and ensure proper cooking standards are followed.
