I found Studocu through Google and started a 15-day free trial on December 5, 2025. On the same day, I deleted my account. Despite this, on December 4, $12 USD was charged to my credit card without my knowledge or consent. I absolutely do not accept being charged while my trial period was still active, and I believe this transaction was made without my authorization.
I am a university student, and this amount is genuinely significant for me. Having money withdrawn from my card without my awareness has caused me serious distress. I have been unable to find any contact information, email address, or support channel for Studocu to report this issue directly. I do have my bank statement and payment records, which I can provide if requested.
I request that the unauthorized $12 USD charge be refunded to my credit card as soon as possible, that this membership be fully canceled, and that no further charges be made to me under any circumstances.
