I Face Missing Refund Notification And Unauthorized Charge From Studocu

I subscribed to Studocu with the expectation of a trial period, but when the trial ended, I was not notified by email, SMS, or phone call. Without any warning, the full subscription fee was withdrawn from my account. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and has caused me unnecessary stress.
As a customer, I should have been clearly informed before any payment was processed. I did not receive any reminder or cancellation option, which makes this charge unauthorized in my view. I am very disappointed with Studocu’s billing practices, as I never intended to continue with a paid plan under these circumstances.
I demand an urgent refund of the amount taken from my account and expect this issue to be resolved within a few days. If this refund is not processed promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities.
