I Face Unauthorized Charge After Studocu Trial Ended Without Notification

I started using Studocu only as a trial and logged in for just a couple of days to see how the platform worked. However, once my trial period ended, the site made a direct charge to my account without sending me any notification, reminder, or consent request. Normally, every service provides multiple alerts before a trial ends, but Studocu failed to do so. As a result, I completely forgot about the deadline, and money that I truly needed was taken for a service I neither accepted nor used.

This practice feels highly unfair and misleading, especially for students who are already financially constrained. I never agreed to continue with a paid subscription, and I consider this withdrawal unauthorized.

I demand an immediate refund of the full amount charged and expect Studocu to correct this practice by properly informing users before charging them. If my refund is not processed quickly, I will take the matter to the appropriate consumer protection authorities.
