I Face Unauthorized 360₺ Charge From Studocu After Free Trial

I signed up for the 1-month free Premium trial on Studocu, expecting to be notified before any payment was taken. However, once the free period ended, 360₺ was automatically withdrawn from my account without any email, SMS, or notification informing me that the subscription would renew.

This situation is unacceptable because I was never clearly warned that my trial would turn into a paid subscription, nor was I given a chance to cancel before being charged. Taking money without prior consent or transparent communication undermines trust and leaves customers feeling misled.

I demand the full refund of the 360₺ that was taken without my approval and assurance that Studocu will notify users properly before billing them in the future. I expect this issue to be resolved quickly and fairly.
