This situation is unacceptable because I was never clearly warned that my trial would turn into a paid subscription, nor was I given a chance to cancel before being charged. Taking money without prior consent or transparent communication undermines trust and leaves customers feeling misled.
I demand the full refund of the 360₺ that was taken without my approval and assurance that Studocu will notify users properly before billing them in the future. I expect this issue to be resolved quickly and fairly.
