Studocu trial auto-renewal led to unauthorized charge — I request a refund

I signed up for the Studocu trial to test the service and used it briefly. Without any reminder or prior notice as the trial end approached, my account was charged and a paid subscription started automatically. I did not consent to continue beyond the trial, and I received no email, SMS, or in-app alert warning me of the upcoming renewal. Because there was no notification, I forgot to cancel in time and money I genuinely need was taken for a service I don’t use.

This lack of clear, timely communication is unacceptable, especially for students. I am asking Studocu to reverse this unwanted charge in full and cancel any ongoing subscription immediately. Please process my full refund and confirm the cancellation. If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate through consumer protection channels.
