I Face Unauthorized Money Withdrawal From Studocu Account

I recently discovered that Studocu withdrew money from my account without my knowledge or permission. I never approved this payment, nor did I receive any prior notification by email, SMS, or message. As a university student, every amount in my budget is important, and this unauthorized withdrawal caused me unnecessary financial stress.

I never consented to this charge, and it is unacceptable that Studocu can take money from users’ accounts without explicit approval. This practice is both misleading and damaging, especially for students who rely on transparency and trust when using such platforms.

I demand an immediate refund of the full amount taken from my account and assurance that no further unauthorized transactions will occur. If my request is not resolved quickly, I will be forced to escalate this issue through formal complaints and legal action.
