I Face Unauthorized 360₺ Annual Charge From Studocu After Free Trial

I registered for the 1-month free Studocu Premium trial and expected to be notified before any payment was taken. However, once the free trial ended, Studocu charged 360₺ directly from my account without sending me any email, SMS, or notification. At no point did I receive a reminder that my trial was expiring or that an automatic renewal would occur.

Adding to my frustration, the system charged me for an annual plan, even though I only intended to test the service for one month. This feels misleading, as customers should be given a clear option to cancel before any money is taken, especially for a large annual fee.

I am requesting the full refund of the 360₺ withdrawn from my account and a clear explanation as to why no prior notification was provided. Studocu must ensure that users are properly informed about billing renewals to prevent such unfair situations. I expect my refund to be processed promptly and my account corrected.
