I Face Unauthorized 360₺ Charge From Studocu After Free Premium Trial

I signed up for the 1-month free Premium trial on Studocu, expecting that I would be notified before any charge was made to my account. However, without receiving any email, SMS, or notification, Studocu charged me 360₺ directly. This deduction was completely unexpected since I was not informed that my free trial had ended, nor was I given any reminder or option to cancel before the renewal.
What makes the situation worse is that the charge was for an annual subscription, even though I only intended to try the service for one month. I feel misled and frustrated because my consent was never explicitly taken for this payment. I should not be charged such a large amount without prior notice.
I demand a full refund of the 360₺ taken from my account and request that Studocu improve its communication practices by clearly informing users about upcoming charges. This type of unauthorized and unclear billing creates distrust and financial stress for customers. I expect my issue to be resolved promptly and my money to be returned without further delay.
