StubHub Withholds $311 After Successful Ticket Sale

I sold my ticket for the Tarkan concert on January 27 through StubHub around January 10. The ticket was sold without any issues; however, I was never paid, and no explanation was provided. Although their system states that payment will be made within five business days after the event, I only received an email titled “seller charges,” which included a table showing sales fees and deductions. From this email, it became clear that I would not be receiving payment.

The email did not include any explanation as to why these deductions were made. After that, I contacted StubHub customer service multiple times, asking both about the reason for the deductions and why my payment was not sent to me. However, no concrete explanation was provided. Each time I inquired, I received the same generic email with no additional information. Eventually, my account was suspended without any explanation.

As a result of this situation, I have not received approximately $311 that I am owed. First and foremost, I demand full payment for the ticket I successfully sold. If payment will not be made, I request a clear and written explanation detailing the legal basis and specific reasons for these deductions and the cancellation of my payout. Additionally, I request a detailed explanation of why my account was suspended and that it be reinstated if the action was unjustified.
