Their system claimed I was not in a valid area even though I am, so it kept failing to find me. After hours of this, I contacted customer service, which sent me more perplexing than helpful responses mixed with extended wait periods. And they blocked it totally just as I thought I could at last access my account! Funny how they struggled to promptly handle my first deposit. This whole experience really irritates me, and as a brand this size Fanduel deserves much more.
