Fanduel Failed to Verify My Location and Locked My Account After Taking My Money
From setting their app to running the location plugin, I did every step they said in hopes it would work. I got passed their verification using my phone, tablet, even borrowed a friend's laptop. Their system claimed I was not in a valid area even though I am, so it kept failing to find me. After hours of this, I contacted customer service, which sent me more perplexing than helpful responses mixed with extended wait periods. And they blocked it totally just as I thought I could at last access my account! Funny how they struggled to promptly handle my first deposit. This whole experience really irritates me, and as a brand this size Fanduel deserves much more.
