I purchased two tickets through StubHub for the Tarkan concert in Istanbul on January 31, 2026, at 8:30 PM. When I attempted to enter the venue, I was informed at the gate that my tickets had already been scanned and used by someone else, and I was denied entry. StubHub customer service then sent me replacement tickets; however, those tickets were also flagged as previously used, and I was once again unable to enter the concert.
As a result of this situation, I was unable to attend the concert and also incurred unnecessary expenses for transportation, parking, and food and beverages at the venue. My order number is 634835198. I contacted customer service through live chat and received an email stating that a refund would be issued within 10 days. However, despite the time that has passed, I have not received any refund or any concrete update.
I request that the full amount paid for the two unusable tickets be refunded as soon as possible. In addition, I am seeking reimbursement for my additional expenses on the day of the concert, including transportation, parking, and food and beverage costs.
