Through StubHub Turkey, I purchased ticket number 633886161 for the T***** S***** concert on January 27, 2026, paying $252 by credit card. However, the ticket was never delivered to my email address. As a result, even though I went to the concert venue, I was denied entry and was unable to attend the event.
Regarding the issue I experienced, I have not been able to reach any representative from the company. I received no response and found no one willing to address my problem. Paying such a high amount and still being unable to attend the concert has caused me serious financial and emotional distress.
I am requesting a full refund of the ticket price that I paid but for which I received no service.
