I purchased two tickets through StubHub for the Tarkan concert on February 5. I paid a total of $480 USD by credit card. The order number for this transaction is 635111242. Even though the event date has already passed, my tickets were never delivered to me — neither before nor after the concert.
After experiencing this issue, I submitted a support request through the StubHub Help Center. However, I did not receive any response email or any update regarding the process. Due to the high amount I paid and the fact that the event has already taken place while I still have no tickets, I have suffered serious financial harm.
I request that the $480 USD I paid be refunded to me as soon as possible and that I receive a clear and informative explanation regarding this matter. Because of this negative experience, my money has been wasted, and there is no representative available to address my issue.
