Yemeksepeti Shows Order Delivered but Product Never Arrived

I placed an order for Hayat brand bottled water through the Yemeksepeti application, but although the order was never delivered, it appears as “delivered” in the app. There was no product left at my door, yet the payment has already been charged to my credit card. As a result, I have neither received the product nor been given a proper way to resolve the issue, which has left me in a very frustrating situation.

When I select the “not delivered” option in the app, the only message I receive is an automatic response telling me to check in front of my door and wait. Other than that, there is no option to connect with a customer representative or explain my situation to a real support agent. At my address in Beyoğlu, Istanbul, I have been left without the water I paid for and without any effective way to contact support. It is unacceptable that the system marks the order as “delivered” when it clearly was not, and that users are not given any real solution or accessible support channel.

I request that Yemeksepeti establish a reachable customer support line or effective support channel for situations like this. Additionally, I demand that my complaint regarding this order be resolved immediately, that the payment I made is not lost, and that all necessary actions be taken urgently to correct this issue.

I also ask that proper oversight and system improvements be implemented to prevent similar problems from happening again in the future.

It is not possible to reach you through your help center, and I haven't received any email; you are dismissing me with a clichéd response that provides no explanation.
