I purchased a Dyson V15 cordless vacuum cleaner directly from Dyson’s official website, and the product is still under warranty.
For the past three months, I have been experiencing a recurring issue with the dust bin component, specifically the section with the red strip, which keeps coming off.
I previously had the same problem and contacted Dyson customer service, who replaced the faulty part under warranty.
Recently, the same defect occurred again, so I reached out to customer service once more. Although they confirmed that my warranty is still valid and acknowledged that the problem is not caused by user error, they told me that they cannot replace the same part a second time under warranty.
I am not satisfied with this response, especially since the defect has been confirmed as a product issue and not caused by misuse, and the warranty period is still active.
I request that the faulty part on my Dyson V15 be replaced free of charge once again. If this is not possible, I ask that the product be taken back and that a refund or an appropriate solution be provided.
