On February 10, 2026, I purchased a flight ticket for the Mardin–Istanbul route with AJet through Enuygun.com, and $183 was charged to my Garanti Bank credit card. I considered this transaction to be a completed ticket purchase, not just a simple reservation.
At the time of the purchase, I received a confirmation message, but since my Enuygun account was later deleted, I can no longer access this confirmation in your system. As a result, the only proof I currently have is my credit card statement showing the payment.
On March 8, 2026, when I called Enuygun to check my March 17 flight, I was shocked to learn that, according to your system, only a reservation had been created and the ticket had not actually been issued.
Even though I clearly explained that the full $183 had already been charged to my credit card, the customer service representatives repeatedly told me that there was nothing they could do and insisted that I had only made a reservation, not purchased a ticket.
Furthermore, I was told that I could activate the ticket if I paid an additional $77, which is completely unacceptable and contrary to basic consumer rights.
During these phone conversations, I was also treated with a very rude and dismissive attitude. Instead of being assisted and guided as a customer who had already paid the full amount, I felt ignored and disrespected, which only increased my frustration and sense of being wronged.
As a result of this situation, I have suffered both financial and emotional distress.
I request that Enuygun urgently investigate this matter, recognize the $183 payment reflected on my Garanti Bank credit card statement, and either:
Issue my AJet ticket for the March 17 Mardin–Istanbul flight without demanding any additional payment, or
Immediately refund the full $183 to my credit card if issuing the ticket is not possible.
Additionally, I request a written explanation addressing the following points:
Why a transaction where the full amount was charged appears in your system only as a reservation
Why I was asked to pay an additional $77
Why I was treated in such a rude and dismissive manner by customer service
