I Face StubHub Seller Account Issues Over Unauthorized Ticket Deduction

I experienced a serious issue with a ticket sale I made through StubHub for the Şebnem Ferah concert on July 18. StubHub sold the tickets I listed through their system, but afterward they claimed that the tickets were not compatible for entry and charged an additional $124 to my credit card. As a result, they both sold my tickets and charged me money again for the same tickets.

Today at 12:04 PM, after noticing this charge, I submitted a complaint through the system stating that there had been an error. However, I have not received any response so far. I have attached a screenshot showing the transaction details for the $124 charge.

I request a full refund of the $124 that was unfairly charged to me and full payment for the tickets I sold that were successfully used through StubHub’s system. I expect this incorrect transaction to be investigated and resolved immediately.
