I Face StubHub Refund Problems After Manifest Concert Was Canceled

On May 21, 2026, I purchased 3 tickets through the StubHub website for the Manifest concert scheduled to take place in Izmir on May 23. I paid $123.00 from my TEB bank card under order number 64-3412142.

Later, I learned from the social media accounts of the event organizer and the Manifest group that the concert in Izmir had been canceled due to weather conditions. However, StubHub did not send me any cancellation notification or information email, and no official explanation was provided regarding the situation.

Because of this, I contacted StubHub’s live support multiple times, but I could not receive any concrete result or a clear solution regarding my refund. Since the concert has been canceled and I can no longer use the tickets, I request that the full amount I paid be refunded to my bank card through StubHub as soon as possible.
