Fileworld Unexpected Subscription Charge and Refund Request

I started a trial plan with Fileworld last month. I understood it as a trial only and I have not used the service anymore since then. Despite this, today money was withdrawn from my bank account for a Fileworld purchase in the amount of 39.95 EUR (301.60 DKK), as shown in the message from my bank. I did not want to continue this plan as a paid subscription and I do not accept this charge. I request a full refund of the 39.95 EUR that was taken today and the complete cancellation of my Fileworld plan so that no further payments will be taken from my account in the future. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and the refund to be returned to my original payment method.
