Umingle Account Banned Without Warning Over Alleged Explicit Messages

I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which was banned about 30 minutes ago for allegedly sending explicit messages. After this ban I can no longer access my account. The messages in question were meant as jokes and not as explicit or inappropriate content, and I believe the ban was unfair and taken out of context. I was not given any prior warning or clear explanation before losing access to my account. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and that the ban be lifted, or at least that I receive a clear explanation of the specific reason and messages that led to this decision. I would like to continue using Umingle and I am ready to follow the community guidelines.
