StubHub Canceled My Basketball Tickets but Never Refunded My Money

On February 19, 2026, at 8:43 PM, I received an email from StubHub informing me that my tickets for the Fenerbahçe Beko vs. Olimpia Milano basketball game scheduled for March 20, 2026, had been canceled.
These tickets were purchased through the StubHub website, and I paid a total of ₺2,752 for the order. The order number associated with this purchase is 636155483.
Although StubHub canceled the tickets, I have not received any refund for the amount paid. The tickets are no longer valid, yet the payment remains outstanding and has not been returned to me.
In an attempt to resolve the issue, I contacted StubHub through its virtual assistant. During this conversation, I was advised to contact my bank. However, I do not believe this is an appropriate solution. The transaction was processed by StubHub, and the cancellation was initiated by StubHub. Therefore, the responsibility for initiating and completing the refund should also belong to StubHub.
At present, there is a canceled ticket order, a completed payment, and no refund. This situation is unacceptable and leaves me without either the tickets I purchased or the money I paid for them.
I respectfully request that StubHub immediately review order number 636155483 and process a full refund of ₺2,752 to the original payment method used for the purchase.
I also request written confirmation once the refund has been initiated, along with a clear explanation of why the refund has not yet been processed despite the tickets having been canceled by StubHub.
I expect this matter to be resolved promptly and without any further delay.
