I Face StubHub Refund Problems After My Teoman Concert Was Canceled

I paid $54 in total through StubHub for a Teoman concert ticket under order number 648529964. The concert was canceled on July 28, but several days have passed and I still have not received any refund.

Although the cancellation of the event has been reported on news websites and through official announcements, StubHub has neither refunded my money nor provided any clear explanation. Since the platform sells event tickets but does not return customers’ payments for canceled concerts, I feel disappointed and unfairly treated.

I request that the $54 I paid be refunded in full, without any deductions, to the original payment method I used to purchase the tickets as soon as possible.
