Stradivarius Not Delivering My Order

My order was placed on September 12th, and it is now September 25th, but my order has not yet arrived. The reason for this delay is not only absurd but also hilarious. Stradivarius mistyped my address and phone number, causing the local UPS branch to struggle with delivering my package. Of course, this is what UPS informed me. Stradivarius later blames the shipping company, UPS, for incorrectly entering my information. How is this possible? Both parties are blaming each other for the same mistake. To make matters worse, they charge you right away when you place your order, like clockwork. I paid on the 12th of the month, but my order has yet to be delivered. It's an obvious injustice. To make matters even funnier, they appear to have delivered my order to an unknown location in Istanbul. Nobody knows where it's going - whether it's for a refund or if it's going to another address is unknown. Their customer service is similarly unhelpful, constantly deferring and promising updates. It's like a broken record with no follow-up. I'm always the one who calls, and I'm sick of it. I'll file complaints everywhere I can. What a letdown! I'll never shop here again!
