Stradivarius Delivery Delays and Unreachable Customer Support Issue
I am incredibly frustrated with Stradivarius for choosing to work with Scotty as their delivery service. I've been waiting for my package for four days, and every day, they falsely update the status saying they "couldn’t find my address." This is simply untrue, as I’ve been home waiting each day. On top of that, I can’t reach customer service to resolve this. If my package gets returned to the store without ever being delivered, who will be responsible for my lost items? The items I ordered are now out of stock, and this experience has made me regret shopping on the Stradivarius website. I hope Stradivarius will reconsider their partnership with Scotty, as this has been a deeply disappointing experience.
