Stradivarius Customer Service Disgrace, Unfulfilled Order Issue Ignored

There is no response from any of the communication channels posted there. There is no one we can talk to and tell our troubles to. Artificial intelligence keeps writing the same things. As a result of our long-term conversation with UPS and their help, we reached the cargo tracking number and I learned that there was neither my name, address nor number information written on it. Officially, no cargo recipient information has been entered into the system. UPS said I should contact the company in this case. And of course, such a thing does not happen. If I return the product, I cannot return it. I can't return the product because I did not receive any product. You receive the money, but I couldn't receive anything You are the worst company among the Inditex brands. I will never shop online or in store. I definitely wouldn't even pass by the store. My problem is not even the product right now, my grievance is financial. And never having a communication channel. No matter how high quality or poor quality your products are, the fact that you victimize your customers in this way and never get in touch with them makes your company sad in my eyes. I would never want a brand that doesn't value me to make money from me.
