Stradivarius November Discount Products Were Sent Back Without Reaching Me!!
The November discount products I purchased from Stradivarius were returned to the company by UPS Turkey without being delivered to my address. And it got returned. This situation, which happened during the November discount period, leaves a question mark in one's mind. In the end, there is customer dissatisfaction here. The company states that the shipping company sent it back for return. And my products are returned without any reason. Moreover, this is not the first time; my friend experienced the same thing before. They keep doing this constantly. If I had a choice, I would never choose UPS. But now I have no choice. I will never prefer Inditex brands because they usually work with UPS. Also, in Stradivarius company, I could only find a contact person in 4-5 days. No matter how many complaints there are, they could only respond via WhatsApp in 4 days. I sent numerous emails. Customer service representative K****** says there's nothing they can do, claiming I'm victimized by you or your shipping company. Beyond customer information, they say cancel the order, take the return; what a wonderful world, now you can sell the products without a discount. You claimed to have a November discount, but your products were not delivered to the customer, dear Stradivarius brand!
