Stradivarius Did Not Replace Faulty Boots

When I got home, I realized that the boot I bought from the Stradivarius Optimum store was defective, and I went to the Hilltown store for an exchange. The lady who took care of me at the cashier started filling out the review form without listening to me in any way. Although I said it was defective when I bought it from the store, it did not write it on the form and showed it as if it was a user error. The two heels of the boot were of different colors and he used a phrase as if this was painted. Still, no information was given and the attitude of that lady was really rude. I demand a fair and fast resolution.
