Stake Support Not Responding Properly to Deposit Issue

On March 9, I made a deposit of 500 to my Stake account via UPI using Paytm. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account through Paytm, but even after six days, it has still not been credited to my Stake account, and there is no clear information about where the money is.
I contacted Stake support via email regarding this issue, but I received a response stating that their email services are not functioning properly. Since then, I have not received any meaningful update or resolution. This situation has left me completely uncertain about what has happened to my money. I request that the 500 either be immediately credited to my Stake account or refunded to my original payment method, along with a clear explanation of what went wrong with this transaction.
